We require a non-returnable deposit of �80 per room. Regretfully, we must charge for bookings cancelled within ten days of proposed arrival, but only if we are subsequently unable to re-let the room. This charge will be 75% of the quoted tariff for the entire stay. In the event of failure to take up accommodation, or premature departure, a full
cancellation charge will be made of the expected bill. We strongly advise the use of an Insurance Scheme so that you are protected from any charges we have to make. Please ask for an Insurance form if required
