Three
acres of gardens surrounds Milebrook House. The productive kitchen
garden provides many of the vegetables served in the restaurant. To
the west are formal gardens which include a remarkable amount of indigenous
and exotic trees and plants. The croquet lawn is an ideal way to spend
an afternoon or summers evening. To the east we have herbaceous borders
and vegetable garden, beyond this is the paddock which has been planted
with over 600 native trees. The paddock also has a wildlife pond and
bog garden. leading down to the River Teme where wildlife abounds.
We also have fly fishing available on the River Teme. |
